Hi, my name is Derrick. I’m 30 years old, and I’m from Port Arthur, Texas. I’m also done with a 106-month sentence for drugs and a gun (about 2 years left), and I’ve spent most of my bid getting myself ready mentally and physically to get back to the world and society. 

I’m looking for a friend on here to vibe with, get to know better, and see where the road takes us in life. I love to laugh, goof, and have fun. I’m really just a country boy at heart. I love Bar-B-Q’s, bonfires, good music, riding four wheelers and dirt bikes, and spending time with good fun people. I’m all about enjoying life to the fullest and positivity.

I’ve been incarcerated since I was real young due to the lure of the fast life and fast money, but I’ve had a lot of time to think, grow-up and realize that this is really not where I want to be. There’s so much I haven’t experienced in life, so it’s my #1 most important goal to get out, get my life on track, and get some stability in my life.

I’m a single, straight man, but I do have a good support team and family on the outside. I plan to go back to school upon my release and get a trade under my belt, (probably welding or HVAC), get myself established and maybe go into business for myself one day.

Well… I’m gonna keep it simple those are some things about me and my interests and goals. I will write to anyone who writes me in response to my bio, please tell me about yourself, your interests, plans, and goals. I’m eager to hear from you and see if we can vibe, get to know one another, and… see where it goes.
